When tickets are closed, the data associated with it are retained for future reference when interacting again with you. ThinkBIT may also use your submission to improve our products and services. Please submit a support ticket if you need ThinkBIT to delete, update, or export your data. Should you wish to have your data removed, do note that ThinkBIT may be unable to effectively handle your case in the future. We discourage our customers from sending sensitive information to our support agents. Instead, they should forward it to the project owner of their project.
